Welcome to Nerko, a friendship memory album application designed to help you capture meaningful moments and milestones with your friends. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nerko. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility
Nerko is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
